One interpretation of the idea in your note of 5 September. This is a sketch to react to, not a proposed replacement for the Concierge as it stands today. Nothing here is built into the live site.
The presence is real and runs from your typing. The replies are written placeholders so the movement can be judged on its own, and they are deliberately not product answers. The live Concierge is a separate system and is untouched.
You described a human-like silhouette or presence that moves gently and slowly, so that something feels genuinely present, listening and thinking. Your first three images are one idea in three variants of exactly that: a form made of particles. This prototype builds that, and only that.
What it does not attempt yet. You wrote that when an answer appears, or when the conversation ends, the visual world could transition into something like images 02, 03, or 04. That emotional landing is the harder and more interesting half, and none of it is here. This is the presence, not the world it resolves into. The sphere is our own choice for the moment an answer arrives: when the concierge becomes something that is speaking rather than listening, the points gather into one form and breathe. It stands in for that transition rather than answering it.
Your written proposal asks for white or warm ivory and very subtle movement. The images you sent are saturated fantasy landscapes. You said the images carry feeling rather than colour, so this keeps KIWABI's restraint and lets the arc carry the emotion. Averaging the two would produce something that resembles neither.
The thinking state is held under one second, as you asked. There is no artificial wait.
